These terms apply to all DoCo Vacation Rentals stays.
Airbnb and VRBO Reservations
For reservations made through Airbnb or VRBO ("platform bookings"), this agreement is provided as supplemental house rules, safety guidelines and amenity-use terms only. It does not replace, modify or supersede the platform's terms of service, refund policies, damage-protection programs, or the cancellation policy selected at booking. If anything here conflicts with the platform's terms or policies, the platform's terms and policies govern.
Any claims for damages, additional cleaning or rule violations on platform bookings will be handled only through the platform's resolution or damage-claim process (for example, Airbnb's Resolution Center) and are subject to the platform's rules.
For direct bookings with DoCo Vacation Rentals, these terms, together with the rates, fees and cancellation policy shown at booking, make up the agreement.
