Book direct and you’ll get our best price. If you find the same DoCo home for the same dates at a lower total price on Airbnb or Vrbo within 48 hours of booking, send us a screenshot and we’ll refund the difference.
Fine print: we compare the full total, including all fees and taxes, for the same home, dates and number of guests. The lower price must be publicly bookable, so private discounts and member-only rates don’t count. Applies only to bookings made on docovacations.com.

Full payment is due at booking, by card through our secure checkout.

Direct bookings get a full refund if cancelled 60+ days before check-in, or 50% if cancelled 30+ days before. Cancellations have a $25 processing fee, and card fees aren’t refunded. Your exact policy is shown with your price at checkout. Full cancellation policy.

Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM at most homes and 11:00 AM at a few. Each home lists its exact times under Good to know.

Early check-in is offered year round when the schedule allows. Opportunities are shared a few days before arrival. We can’t guarantee it, but we try to be as accommodating as possible.

Our homes use keypad locks, so your home is just a code away. No keys to pick up, and no fees for lost keys.

No lengthy check-out lists. Our local cleaning partners handle turnover. We just ask a few courtesies: start the dishwasher, take the trash to the outdoor bin, and leave used towels on the bathroom floor.

Yes. Fresh, hospitality-quality linens are ready when you arrive. We launder them in our own professional laundry facility, so you never do linen laundry on vacation.

Kitchen basics are provided so you can cook and do dishes and laundry without packing extra supplies.

Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi with no overage charges.

Dogs only, on homes that allow them: $200 per dog per stay. No cats at any home. Use the pet-friendly filter to find dog-friendly homes; every other home is pet-free.

Yes. Exterior noise that could disturb neighbors should be limited from 8pm to 8am. We have neighbors and we like them!

Our homes are not approved for events. Only registered guests may be on the property, up to the listed maximum occupancy.

Let us know. If we can retrieve it, we’ll ship it back at your expense plus a $25 handling fee. DoCo isn’t liable for lost items.

No. There’s no security deposit at any DoCo home.

The guest who books must be at least 21 years old and present for the stay. Other guests, including children, may be younger when with the booking guest.
